It is possible to add your HostiFi or any other cloud hosted UniFi Controller to appear in Ubiquiti's cloud portal, for easy remote access and visibility.

NOTE: Screenshots used in this guide are from UniFi 7.5.187

Enabling Remote Access

Log into your HostiFi or any other cloud hosted UniFi Controller.

Then, go to Settings

Next, go to System

Then, click on the 'Administration' tab

Click, 'Allow' next to 'Remote Access.' We would also recommend enabling Sync Local Admin with Ubiquiti SSO for added convenience.

Then, enter your UI credentials to add your HostiFi or any other cloud hosted UniFi Controller to the cloud portal.

Once remote access is enabled, you'll be able to access your HostiFi or any other cloud hosted UniFi Controller from unifi.ui.com. To do this, go to unifi.ui.com, then click on the 'Network Servers' button on the left hand side.

HostiFi

HostiFi provides hosting for both Ubiquiti and TP-Link software-defined-networking (SDN) applications, with servers for UniFi, UISP and Omada. We also offer professional networking consulting, with HostiFi Pro.

If you run into any issues, send an email to support@hostifi.com or contact us via live chat.
