Logging into the UniFi Network Application (Previously the UniFi Controller) is pretty simple and it can be done in a few different ways. You can log directly into the IP address, use the hostname supplied by HostiFi at app.hostifi.com, you can use your own custom domain or even use the Ubiquiti cloud.
If you want fast and reliable UniFi hosting, check out HostiFi with fast support, regular backups, managed updates and prices from just $9 per month.

How to access the UniFi Controller
The method for accessing the UniFi Network Application differs based on how you are hosting it. If you are using a UniFi Cloud Console, such as a Dream Machine or Cloud Key, then you can access via the Site Manager or via its local IP address.
If you are using a service like HostiFi, you can use the dedicated public IP address it has, the hostname, a custom domain (if configured) or the Site Manager.
Access via IP Address
Regardless of how the service is hosted, you can use the IP address of the server to access the UniFi Application. UniFi runs on port 8443, so make sure to use the format shown below.
https://IP_ADDRESS:8443/
While this will work for HostiFi systems, because we use public IP addresses - it'll only work for UniFi Cloud Console devices if you are on the same network as it.
Access via HostiFi URL
As well as using public IP addresses, each of our servers have a hostname registered. This is in the format of m000000.hostifi.com. With certain plans, you can also use your own custom domain if required. UniFi runs on port 8443, so make sure to use the format shown below.
https://m000000.hostifi.com:8443
Access via Ubiquiti Cloud
Ubiquiti offer its cloud broker system located at unifi.ui.com and is referred to as the Site Manager. You can connect your HostiFi UniFi site to this if required.
Managing your password
If you are using a self-hosted server, the password would have been set during the setup. If you ever connected it to the Ubiquiti Cloud, then you could try your Ubiquiti SSO credentials.
When you sign up for a server with HostiFi, we automatically set up the UniFi controller wizard page for you and we set temporary credentials which can be found at app.hostifi.com. If you ever forget your password, it can be easily reset from the portal.
HostiFi
