A comprehensive look at which EdgeMAX devices support active PoE and passive PoE. It is worth bearing in mind, all the devices that support 802.3af and 802.3at in do by default support 48v passive PoE too. In this guide, we will also have varying types of passive PoE, most common of all being 24v but some devices also use 54v passive.
If you are looking for information about PoE types regarding UniFi hardware, see our guide here.
