How to fix "The owner of this site can activate CyberSecure"
When looking to activate the CyberSecure subscription, you might run into the error message: "The owner of this site can activate CyberSecure" - what this means is that the Ubiquiti controller cannot verify who the owner is that is currently logged in and it just needs to verify the billing information.
If you are trying to activate CyberSecure from inside the UniFi Controller, you need to do it from unifi.ui.com, as your billing information with Ubiquiti is handled there.
If your UniFi controller isn't linked to unifi.ui.com, then follow our guide here first.
Once signed in, click on Activate CyberSecure
Then, this popup should appear and you can go ahead and activate. If the above icon is available and this popup page is blank white, then you might be trying to activate on a site that is using a UXG-Lite and this model doesn't support CyberSecure. This is believed to be a bug and should be fixed soon by Ubiquiti.
