We used to offer a free plan on a shared server, what happens if you are still on this?

In the past, we used to offer a free plan for UniFi - however this was discontinued a while back, but existing users can still use it without issue.

HostiFi Free Plan vs HostiFi Paid Plans

HostiFi Free Plan

  • No longer accepting new customer sign ups

  • Shared server resources

  • Updates are pushed out via HostiFi Dev Team and will apply to everyone

HostiFi Paid Plan

  • Have access to app.hostifi.com to add admins, users and more

  • Support for manually rebooting server

  • Dedicated server resource

  • UniFi updates can be managed by customer

How do I know if I am on a free plan?

Our paid UniFi servers URLs start with m0, UISP with n0 and Omada with o0. The free UniFi plan URL starts with p01
