How to get help from HostiFi support?

Learn how to get in contact with HostiFi for help regarding UniFi, UISP or Omada

Here at HostiFi, we have a dedicated team to help you with your HostiFi installation and getting your UniFi, UISP or Omada devices adopted.

We have a number of ways to help you get in touch with us. The best way is to use our live chat, which can be found from anywhere on the HostiFi website and the HostiFi portal.

Live Chat

The live chat can be found from anywhere on the HostiFi website, the support centre and the Click the blue logo in the right hand corner.

From here you can send us a message and someone will get back to you within our opening hours, which are listed at the bottom of this page.

Ticket

If you don't want to talk to us right now, you can open a ticket from the same blue logo in the right hand corner. Here you can submit a ticket and track the progress of it from the support centre.

Phone

If you would like to talk to a human over the phone, we have a dedicated phone line which is open Monday-Friday in the following time zones:

09:00-17:00 EST/EDT

06:00-14:00 PST/PDT

14:00-22:00 BST/GMT

HostiFi

HostiFi provides hosting for both Ubiquiti and TP-Link software-defined-networking (SDN) applications, with servers for UniFi, UISP and Omada. We also offer professional networking consulting, with HostiFi Pro.
