You can use one or multiple custom domain names for your UniFi server to fully white label your service. Here is how:

  • Login to app.hostifi.com, and find the host name of your HostiFi server.

    • UniFi servers: mXXXXX.hostifi.com

    • UISP servers: nXXXXX.hostifi.com

  • Create a CNAME record at your DNS provider with your desired custom domain name, and point it to the host name of your HostiFi server.

  • After the CNAME record has been created, on app.hostifi.com, click on the "Custom Domains" tab.

  • Here, you can enter the custom domain name you would like to use.

    • If you are not able to add the domain, the CNAME record you just created may be incorrect, or it may need more time to propagate. Verify the record is correct and try again.

  • After that domain is added, an SSL certificate will be automatically generated, and the custom domain should be active.

If you run into any issues, send an email to support@hostifi.com or contact us via live chat by clicking the blue icon in the bottom right of this page.
