The new HostiFi Device Discovery Tool is now available and can be downloaded for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.

The app is designed to be a direct replacement for the legacy Ubiquiti Device Discovery Tool, that underneath was a legacy Chrome Application. Chrome Apps were killed off by Google so you can’t download it at all and it is impossible to run and we decided to make a replacement.

For now, the app allows you to scan a local subnet for nearby Ubiquiti devices that are pending adoption. It'll show you the firmware, IP address, MAC address, device type and device name.
